Work in the Economic Policy and Multilateral Development Bank Division is directed by Caroline Beetz Fenske, PhD, an economics writer/certified editor and former economist with the Inter-American Development Bank. Senior team members include Tracy Betts, Partner, Economic Policy and MDB division, who held numerous senior positions at the IDB; and Mandeep Bains, who worked in high profile jobs with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Both Tracy and Mandeep have extensive experience working on joint MDB initiatives.

Writing executive-level documents: Compiling inputs from development professionals and organizations with various expertise into single concise, executive-level documents. These documents reflect strategic priorities of the institution(s) with the appropriate nuances in the language for target audiences, for example, shareholders, senior management teams, and the general public. Pricing for these specialized services are available upon request.
Research and data analysis: New research, data collection, and data analysis can be conducted in areas such as sustainable infrastructure, labor markets, education and health, transportation, international trade, macroeconomics, public finance, and governance.
Development editing: We help economists strengthen the message of their reports/evaluations and improve their structure, tone, flow, and design.
Document revisions: Revisions can be made to existing documents in one or more of the following ways: improve writing; refine content; check/revise tables and charts; fine tune a translated document; editing; proofing so that the document is “publication ready.”
